Create users individually

You can also create users individually through the SmartWinnr Admin interface.

  1. Go to ADMIN > Manage Users. Click on the โ€œAdd Userโ€ button.
  2. Fill up all the necessary information. The field description has been given below.

Roles

The available roles are:

  • User: This role has access to playing quizzes, receiving SmartFeeds and Surveys only
  • Manager: This role can view the performance of team members as defined by the Reporting Manager Identifier relationship
  • Editor: This role can create quizzes, questions, surveys, and SmartFeeds. They can assign these to users and view analytics.
  • Admin: This role can create users, manage knowledge categories, quiz settings etc.
  • Organizational Admin: This role has access to certain settings that affect the entire organization like setting organizational logo etc.

Language

Default language is set to English. The languages available in this dropdown is based on your organizational settings.

Time Zone

User Tags

Optional

SmarrWinnr allows up to 10 user tags to be created. These can be used for searching users.

Groups

Optional

While creating a user, you can assign a group to the user. If there are any quizzes already assigned to the group, you will have the option to automatically add the user to those quizzes as well.
