Define KPIs

The 1st step in setting up a KPI gamification is to identify the KPIs that will be used to drive the game. You can select any KPI thats used in your organization to measure success, like

  • Number of calls made
  • Number of new signups
  • Average Call Duration
  • Percentage of sales quota achieved
  • Total Revenue

Define KPIs that are quantitative and can be measured accurately. Preferably, data that comes directly from your CRM system. 

You can have multiple groups participating in different scorecards with different KPIs. The KPIs of the sales team will be different from the KPIs of the customer support team. SmartWinnr is capable of support multiple teams at the same time. 

How are KPIs defined in SmartWinnr?

KPI Definition follows a similar process in SmartWinnr. Once you have the KPIs ready, create it within SmartWinnr. Since every KPI can be measured accurately, each will fall in either of these 3 metric types:

  • Sum
  • Count
  • Average

So, 'Average Call Duration' is of type 'Average'. While Total Revenue is 'Sum' and Number of Calls Made is ' Sum'. Name them and describe them concisely. 

Below are the steps to see a list of KPIs that have already been added. 

Go to ADMIN > KPI Settings > Definitions
