What are the different Question Types I can choose from in a Survey?
There are 4 Questions Types that are available in surveys.
1. Linear Scale
This type of question is useful when you want to ask your participants to rate something. It provides a question with a linear scale. You can change the range of this linear scale.
2. Single Select
Choose this question type when you want the survey taker to choose only one answer to the question.
3. Multiple Select
Use this question type ‘Multiple Select’ when you need to add a question where the participant can select multiple answers.
4. Short Answer
Use this question type ‘Short Answer’ when you need to add a question where the participant can write text as an answer.
Use this question type 'Matrix' when you want to take your trainee's feedback for the training facilitators.
Use this question type 'Date' when you want your participants to give their answers in terms of date.
Use the question type 'Dropdown' when you want to pose a dropdown question to your participants in the survey. The answers will get displayed as a drop-down menu for the participants.
